Return & Exchange Policy - ZAVRIKBROS

At ZAVRIKBROS, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your shirt.

30-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

1. WRONG SIZE / SIZE EXCHANGE

You DO NOT need to return the shirt to us. 

Just email us a photo of the shirt showing the size tag and your order number. We will send you the correct size for FREE. You can keep, donate, or gift the previous shirt.

2. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG PRINT

If your item arrives damaged or with a wrong print, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo. We will reship a new shirt immediately at no extra cost.

3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN?

Please include:

- Your Order Number (e.g., #ZB1001)

- Reason for return

- Photo of the item (if applicable)

4. REFUNDS

Once your request is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2-5 business days.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for washed, worn, or used shirts unless they are defective.
